Internet Access We discontinued our own Internet access products in 2006.  However, it is impossible to segregate our core functions from the Internet access component.  We can install your Internet access from a variety of carriers, including: Brighthouse - residential Verizon DSL - business/SOHO, residential Knology - business/residential We can also design, provision, and implement T1 and T3,  Metropolitan Ethernet, Passive Optical Ethernet, and Wireless Ethernet systems, Service and Maintenance General Telecom writes custom, online Network Operations Center (NOC) scripts to help you diagnose faults in your company's networking or server operations.  We can remotely monitor and manage equipment using SNMP, Telnet, or SSH technologies.  We also can provision and install Wireless Access Points, VPN Tunneling products, and Firewalls.
